Our apartment is situated between the town centre and the Schmittental ski lifts, and is just an 8 minute downhill walk to the town centre and City Xpress ski lift. The ski bus stop is just outside and buses run throughout the day during the ski season. There is parking next to the apartment, however, transport links within the region are excellent and Zell Am See has its own rail and bus services.



The apartment is 45m2 and sleeps 4 comfortably, with one large double bedroom and 2 comfortable sofa beds in the living room, making sleeping space for a total of 6, although the space is ideal for 4 adults or families of 6. For larger groups, we have close connections with the owners of a large apartment in the building, which sleeps 10-12 people, so groups of up to 16 could be accommodated in close proximity.



There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge. The apartment also features a cosy ‘Essecke’ (dining corner), a balcony with views up to the top of the mountain, and a modern bathroom with shower, WC and basin. In addition, there is satellite TV for early morning webcam watching!
